Each module has a specific focus and is used as a building block in this sequential 5 module program. Providing the foundation, tools, and support to develop or enhance your leadership skills.
Measuring the return on investment in people is difficult, but not impossible. Coaching is measured by changes in behavior and self-awareness. The participation and support of the supervisor throughout this process allows us to showcase the ROI through assessments and development reports to align with your organizational goals.
There is a total of 35 hours of coaching and leadership focused learning that you schedule and take at your own pace. Our recommendation for the program is 15 weeks (2 lessons/week) to learn the concepts, practice, and then build off those concepts.
Assignments are minimal throughout the program. Some modules will require short assignments that may include watching a video, reading, or self-reflection.
